What are your travel specialties or areas of expertise?
My specialty lies in designing bespoke itineraries to Europe and Asia that reflect each client’s unique interests and dreams, along with river and ocean cruising.
What inspired you to become a travel advisor?
Share my passion for travel with my clients and to help them avoid common pitfalls in planning trips.
What are your most popular travel destinations among clients?
Italy, Greece, Spain and Portugal.
What’s your most valuable tip for family travel planning?
Take the time to get to know their story. The "why" is everything. Most people are looking to accomplish something during a family trip. It may be to celebrate a milestone, want to connect as a family, spend time with loved ones or share a bucket list experience. Families want to use a travel advisor that takes the time to get to know them and not just order take or recommend the easiest options to plan.
What is one tech tool you consistently use?
Tern. My CRM is essential in being able to manage everything and present it clearly to a family looking to travel. I can manage multiple components, set reminders and tasks, and automate workflows. Investing in a CRM is money well spent in this industry.
