What are your travel specialties or areas of expertise?
Theme parks, ocean & river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, & National Parks are my specialties. I'm proud to be a Certified Travel Counselor, a Certified Cruise Counselor, and a Verified Travel Advisor.
What inspired you to become a travel advisor?
The passion for experiencing new destinations, countries, and cultures that my parents instilled in me from a young age is what inspired me to start a career in the travel industry. I love helping others plan escapes from the drudge of daily life, and giving them the opportunity for quality family time.
What is your most popular travel destination among clients?
The Caribbean.
What’s the most valuable tip or trick someone has shared with you that makes planning family travel easier?
The best tip I ever received was to plan flexible structure—build in key experiences, but leave breathing room in the itinerary. Families (especially with kids!) enjoy their trips so much more when they aren’t rushing from one thing to the next. Some of the best travel memories come from those unplanned moments.”
What is one website, platform, database, or other tech tool you consistently use when planning family travel?
Travefy is my favorite tool to use for my clients! I create custom itineraries and I can add literally anything I want to make sure my families are as prepared as they can possibly be for their dream vacations.
